PROCESSING TIME
As each item is made to order, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled before shipping.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Canada: Standard shipping 5-10 business days. Expedited shipping 2-4 business days.
United States: Standard shipping 7-14 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $100 CAD.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

ORDER DELAYS
Purely Picked is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shumbaventures26@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at shumbaventures26@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
